· Manage reception area, including greeting visitors and clients, and responding to phone and email requests for information to direct inquiries to the appropriate attorney
· Central point of contact for outside vendors
· Review and reconcile weekly, bi-weekly and monthly bank records with the client trust accounts and the firms operating accounts
