  • I've added depositions, trials, hearings, etc. to ReporterBase, as well as canceling calendared jobs when needed.
  • Answered incoming calls and directed them to the appropriate personnel or departments when needed.
  • Reserved interpreters through TCI and Multi-Access Lingual.
  • Reserved videographers through Dean Jones Videos, and other agencies.
  • Reserved and trained Zoom administrators to handle the exhibits for our clients.
  • Found reporter coverage for calendared jobs, and last-minute jobs.
  • I've reached out to other reporting agencies for coverage when our regular reporters were not available. Especially when trying to find out-of-state coverage.
  • Reserved conference rooms through hotels and Davinci for our clients.
  • Filled out credit card forms and contracts for conference rooms using Adobe.
  • Created Zoom links and reserved call-ins through APLUS.
  • Opened Zoom links for the reporters.
  • For asbestos depositions with a reporter from another agency, I would stay on the Zoom meeting to take appearances and copy orders for him or her, set up breakout rooms, and after the deposition, I would type up the appearances neatly and send them to the reporter.
  • Created ShareFile links for our clients to upload their exhibits and download transcript files easily.
  • I've helped track down exhibits for reporters and production.
  • I answered emails through both our company's email address and a co-worker's email, to the best of my knowledge. If I didn't understand something, I would reach out to another employee.
  • I've worked well and have a good relationship with fellow AMK staff, reporters, videographers, clients, etc.
