*Educate patients and families on effective wound care management, including proper dressing changes, infection prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications for enhanced healing.

* Evaluate and address factors affecting wound healing, such as nutrition, circulation, and comorbid conditions, with a focus on optimizing patient outcomes.
