
Jamie Mannes has almost 25 years of experience leading, coaching, training, and mentoring people to be the best at what they do. On her way to 2,000 client coaching hours, she has coached and mentored C-suite executives, first- and second-line managers, and technical and analytic teams at the federal government, as well as private clientele across the board. Jamie is currently a Vice President at INTELITEAMS (Intelligence Innovation Teams), Inc. She partners with other companies, including the Mason Harriman Group (MHG), as a Coach and Subject Matter Expert in professional coaching, mentoring, and facilitating for senior and junior-level leaders in the federal government.
Jamie previously served as a Management and Leadership Development Facilitator, Coach, and Trainer for the CIA at NCTC, working to coach employees from the CIA, FBI, DHS, CBP, DOD, DNI, and DEA. She also has worked as a leadership analyst and coached and mentored junior analysts during her time at the Agency's Headquarters. During her federal career, she received numerous leadership awards and twice served overseas during Operation Iraqi Freedom, working closely with multiple federal agencies.
Jamie honed her leadership skills early on in her life as a clinical therapist, working hard to help clients realize their full potential by overcoming personal, career, and relationship challenges. She facilitated more than one thousand hours of clinical and leadership-related sessions and workshops in addition to her nearing 2,000 hours of coaching.
