- Responsible for the oversight to include all aspects of material damage claims handling/compliance/process/budget for 60 - 110 (numbers varied by year) Field Claims Representative and Field Claims Managers
- Responsible for the oversight of five field claims offices - to include researching and selecting office locations as well as hiring staff
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of a twelve to fourteen Field Claim Representatives and a Claims Assistant. This included all adherence to all administrative/workload/training/compliance/process and budget expectations.
- Assisting the District Field Supervisor with various duties and projects as well as assisting other offices in the district
- Continued to handle auto and property claims to include the investigation/estimating/negotiation and settlement

- Trained new employees one-on-one for several weeks at the time per new employee (our office was a district training office)
- Assisted the Field Office Claims Supervisor and was his primary back-up when he was out of the office

- Handled complete auto claims from start to finish. This included determining coverage and liability, inspecting damage vehicles and writing a comprehensive estimate of repair, negotiating and settling total losses and bodily injury claims
