  • Currently pursuing my certificate in LETRS to further my knowledge on the science of reading to better serve students from many grade levels.
  • Designed and implemented culturally responsive lesson plans and strategic interventions aligned with Common Core State Standards.
  • Stayed current with ongoing changes in Education by attending professional development courses and in-service trainings.
  • Participated in weekly PLC and Data Team Cycles with my grade level team, district coaches, administrators, ELD and Title teachers. We reviewed student data, set SMART goals, and planned instruction.
  • Created pre and post assessments in all subject areas that align with CCSS to inform and differentiate instruction.
