  • Communicated closely with the Delivery Service Partners to ensure their company delivery drivers, although not Amazon employees, had to confirm they were trained in Amazon policies and representation when marking packages and helping with customer concerns.
  • During the holiday peak season of 2018, 2019, and 2020, we consistently hit high production volumes and communicated with management and other shifts to ensure a smooth transition. Each manager was happy to help and go above and beyond to 'white-glove' delivery of an Amazon package on Christmas Eve.
