  • Work in different Dick's Sporting Goods locations with Under Armour. Identify opportunities the brand is faced with depending on store types and inventory levels.
  • Select store locations have limited work time frames. The focus for these visits is to plan and identify challenges/opportunities to presentations, prioritize work load to effectively execute changes in a timely manner.
  • Before/ After photos and written communication after store visits. This ensures that the Brand has a clear view of their presentation in stores and the impact during my visit with updating visual merchandising, mannequin styling and standards.
  • Building relationships within the stores through scheduling visits ahead of time, reviewing Brands Directive and expectations for the visit.

Merchandise Coordinator Nike Wholesale Macy's

  • I worked in a Nike Training Club Shop in Macy's Dadeland Mall in Miami.
  • I worked with the Macy's store team and Nike Regional Manager. Nike had multiple NTC shops in Macy's. The job objective was to elevate Nike presentations through creative merchandising and impactful mannequin styling.
  • I was able to work hands on monthly with the Nike Regional Wholesale manager on company merchandising directions and mannequin styling for both Women's & Men's product.
  • As a Brand Coordinator I completed a report each day with Before/After photo's and visit recap. Made adjustments to presentation based on new product, markdowns, floor updates and feedback from the Brand.
  • I built store relationships with store team and management, communicating presentation changes that had been made. I worked with the Women's Department manager when it came to Sale signage placement, changing presentations to accommodate price pointing or percentage off signage.
  • Implemented and maintained Brand Product Outpost in the store for events or promotions.

  • As MVMM I oversaw a territory of 32 stores in Florida. Atlanta and the Carolinas.
  • I worked together with Regional Managers, District Managers, store managers and store teams. We worked together to identify store successes and opportunities.

Lead conference calls with Market visual merchandising managers group bi-weekly, through these calls we complied feedback on presentations issues that affect the field and reviewed with the merchandising department.
