

Enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician, with a focus on children with learning and behavior differences, specifically Autism. Background includes aiding in curriculum design and implementation, managing individualized education plans (IEPs) and fostering supportive learning environments for diverse student populations. Strengths include strong communication skills, patience, empathy, creativity and adaptability. Previous work has made significant impact in improving students' academic performance, emotional intelligence and social skills. I have completed most of my coursework in elementary education, and I am currently entering my final semester as I have pursued a degree in Communication Disorders and plan to further my eduction in a Masters in Speech and Language Pathology.
