I am restaurant cook, through and through. I am "Old School" in the sense that I learned early on to be punctual, to be dedicated to doing everything I do in a kitchen thoroughly, to always put out food that I would be proud to hand to a family member or friend. Cooking is in my very DNA, and my ability to withstand the pressures of a busy kitchen and my love for being professional cook can be a great addition to any restaurant, and not so easy to come by.
