Customer Service/Project Manager

I was a customer service/project manager, when a new phone system/voicemail system or circuit was sold I would meet with the customer and gather all the database details so the systems could be programmed to exactly what the customer needed. I would collect all the phone numbers ( csr's) design call flows and customize all of the users' phones. Once the install was complete I would hold training sessions for all of the employees. Some of these deals involved large groups of employees, trying to keep them interested in learning about a new phone was a bit challenging but I loved it . I would then be the single point of contact for all of the customers needs.
