Schedule Nursing staff a month at a time.
Post their schedule on OnShift.
On call, Monday thru Friday and weekend rotation.
Give and read TB test. Also make sure TB test are up to date for the entire building staff.
Make sure all Nursing staff is current on their first aid and CPR. Make sure staff licenses are current and remind staff of their renewal date.
Make sure staff is completing their monthly in-services.
