In charge of advancing bands and orchestrating live events. Everything from poetry to 12 piece bands. I organized rider execution and made sure all of the different aspects of live events were in order. I communicated with all different members of the creative teams and made sure their experience was top notch and Third Man maintained a good reputation in the creative pipeline of Detroit. Sales meeting organization for retail staff and expanded midwest distribution. Once ascending to Event coordinator I streamlined the events budget.

Oversaw 15,000 sq ft of banquet space top to bottom. Managed the banquet house staff, kept inventory, ordered and budgeted different equipment needed for various functions. Over my 3 years i dealt with weddings, AA conventions, conferences and much more. Hospitality with budgets scaling from shoe string to extravagant was the main objective.

I was implemented at "The Mills" to run their live music program and facilitate their Oktoberfest 3 day event. I built good connections with the team and was asked to oversee the construction and early days of their production brewery in Auburn Hills MI. There I obtained tax abatements, ordered different equipment for the brewery and met with distributors to spread our footprint in SE MI.
