  • I keep track of agents attendance absences and tardys
  • I provide them Employee Discussion letters, Step of Discipline Letters to their managers, FMLA, Disability, and Job Accommodation information to the agents and managers and an attendance manager
  • I update agents time cards when needed in the MyTime system (formerly known as Kronos), elink system, and TVI
