I provided in-house training for new employees on standardized training methods and dog care in our boarding program. I assessed animals' temperaments and abilities, using positive reinforcement techniques such as remote collars, voice, and physical rewards. I worked closely with owners to address behavioral concerns, set goals, and taught basic obedience commands. I ensured a clean, safe training environment, monitored dogs for aggression or behavioral triggers, and tracked metrics on health, behavior, and diet. Additionally, I trained animals to respond to specific cues and applied behavior modification techniques to address undesirable behaviors.

I pressed and folded items upon arrival to enhance visual appeal and used point-of-sale systems to monitor inventory levels. I dressed and accessorized mannequins to showcase featured clothing and accessories, encouraging customers to complete their looks with upsell items. I greeted customers, identified their needs, and provided product recommendations. I maintained the store by cleaning, restocking shelves, and organizing displays according to merchandising standards. At the end of my shift, I ensured the store was securely closed.

I greeted pet owners, discussed available services, and assessed the special needs of animals under care. I processed new patients, updated client records using secure systems, and administered medications while documenting changes in condition. I recorded symptoms and medical observations to support treatment decisions and ensured clean, sanitized exam areas and kennels. I collected blood samples for lab analysis and restrained animals to ensure safety during procedures. I administered medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed by the veterinarian, including controlled substances, sedatives, and anesthetics. Additionally, I assisted with radiographs and ultrasounds.

I listened attentively to customer requests and created personalized beverages, boosting sales and customer satisfaction. I consistently prepared a variety of hot and cold drinks, ensuring quick and efficient service to manage lines and crowds. I maintained regular attendance and punctuality while keeping the work area clean by sanitizing counters, machines, utensils, and seating areas daily.
