• Almost a year in leadership positions at different YMCA's. Where I have been expected to make sure that 2-15 lifeguards are doing there jobs to the highest regards possible. I have also be in charge of making the schedule for all of those lifeguards. While making sure that the pools are being maintained and managed properly.
• Band Leadership Team - 2023-2025, Active member of the band for seven years, including serving on the leadership team. Demonstrating teamwork, discipline, communication and leadership in supporting and organizing band activities. Coordinating with team members to organize events and performances, demonstrating leadership and teamwork. Built effective communication skills while mentoring peers and ensuring group success.
