9 Years 2 Months- Wound nurse for LTC, behavior health and skilled facility that houses 170 residents. Responsible for evaluation of all new patients, formulating care plans and preventative care plans. Evaluation of all wounds and with assistance of doctors formulating proper treatment plans. Communications and updates with primary physicians, family members, residents, case managers and all that apply. Weekly measurements and documentation in accordance with DHS.
