Summary

Passionate pursuer of all things creative with a wide array of experience from credit card processing to flipping houses at every level from entry to owner. Rising to Vice President of Project Management at one of the largest credit card processing companies in the world, I simultaneously managed teams in Portland, Maine; Long Island, New York; Dallas, Texas; and Denver, Colorado navigating extremely complex projects to further the company's objectives around the globe. With a secret passion for building things with my hands, I began flipping homes in 2012 which inspired me to make it my full time occupation in 2016 with the formation of JBV Design Build. As owner, I managed a team of builders and sub-contractors as well as ran all back office duties for addition and remodeling projects throughout Southern Maine from framing to flooring to paint to tile and other finish work. With an eye toward a more stable work week, I re-entered the project management field in 2022 as Field Operations Manager for a premier tile company where I oversaw multiple teams across dozens of projects simultaneously. Being on construction sites made me realize how much I enjoy the full scope of a build/renovation and not just one aspect so I sought out a role with a local builder to utilize my experience. In 2024 I accepted the role of Project Manager for a high-end design build company in Scarborough where I managed a team of seventeen field carpenters as well as a shop of in-house custom cabinet makers. In early 2025 I was offered a project manager role with a custom home builder.
