• 2019 to 2020 – Worked with engineering during prototyping phase of "Edge" product to reduce cycle times from 14 minutes to 3 minutes per unit.
• 2014 – Led and trained the manufacturing, logistics, and variant configuration teams of our Tridium UK location while setting up and deploying a new ERP system. Orders were shipping on the first day that the new system went live. This project was completed in a 6 month time frame, the fastest ERP deployment in Honeywell at the time.
• 2011-2014 - Achieved Honeywell Six Sigma Lean Expert Certification. This involved 160 hours of classroom training, mentoring 4 groups of Green Belt candidates, and using Six Sigma tools to save 1M+ per year for the company.
• 2011-2013 – Worked with engineering during prototyping phase of “JACE-8000” product line to streamline the assembly and product configuration processes.
• 2011 – Implemented Just In Time labeling system for production factory. This reduced costs by $30K per month, freed up 360 cubic feet of space, and reduced inventory cost by $300K.
• 2009 – Led and trained the manufacturing and logistics teams of our Tridium US location while setting up and deploying a new ERP system. Orders were shipping on the first day that the new system went live. By the 5th day on the new ERP system we were shipping 25% more than the maximum that was possible on the previous ERP system.
