Prepares, mails, and tracks notices to and from clients related to programs and services, including the managed care
pilot program, home and community-based waivers, pre-enrollment, employment, and other programs.
Enters and maintains data in agency business systems related to client programs and services following established
rules, statutes, and procedures. Provides technical assistance to Region staff and consumers. Performs quality
assurance checks on program enrollment requests and other program data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Performs administrative and clerical duties related to programs and services for agency clients.
Performs other duties as assigned.
