- My life was thrown into a deep depression and I did not see a way out! But by the grace of God and support from my family and friends, I used writing to help me regain my strength and purpose
- Thus, producing the book “You Are A.B.L.E.” (Awesome, Bold, Legendary, Empowered), Moving from Shattered to Empowered
- The book was designed to help move a person from a position of feeling shattered to a position of feeling confident and empowered
- I then became a speaker for seminars to share my journey with others who may be experiencing loss or a major change in their life
- I am currently developing a course & workbook and second book to accompany the original book.
