Verifying and inputting insurance. Obtaining authorization for DME equipment. Speaking with customers about their account and billing. Speaking with insurance companies to verify if authorization is needed and their eligibility.. also confirming orders need to make sure Insurance is attached to the claim. Make sure all items that are billable are billed correctly, and that insurance is eligible at the time of billing.
