My former employment was at Nash Ranch, as a ranch hand. I was tasked with an array of different tasks and responsibilities while employed at Nash Ranch. Such as hay work, irrigation, landscaping, cultivation of crops as well as working with customers. For example, assisting customers in finding needed items and areas of the ranch to helping them at checkout and everything in-between. From these experiences at Nash it has helped me to develop my critical and adaptive thinking skills in a stressful environment. It forced me to absorb and retain information quickly and accurately. This coincided with organizational skills and great team building efforts, as we're always looking out for one another. This makes me great in a setting with coworkers and customers. Most importantly it taught me hard work and responsibility. It also propelled me to push beyond my comfort zone.
