• supervised crew of 5 to 15 welders on a daily basis over a multitude of piping projects consisting of over 50 miles of steel carbon pipe and fabricating and building flow-lines directly hooking up well pads to high pressure mainlines to compressor stations.

• Scheduled all project sections (wetlands, road bores, live lines and hydro testing) with welders and inspectors that were under severe environmental scrutiny and permit deadlines.
• Welded the majority of tie-ins, hot taps and fixed other welders repairs due to the 100% x-ray welding code.

• responsible for welding all pipe and fittings ranging from 2" to 42" with either API 1104 or ASME b3.13 SMAW code downhill and up.
• The majority of projects were natural gas gathering lines tying into well heads or lateral transmission lines ranging from 1 to 100 miles in length of all sizes and grades.
• Lay out all measurements from well pad risers and built all pipe fabrication including pig launchers and receivers deciphered from blue prints or isometric drawings.
