Client Industry : Bosch Consumer Goods (Power Tools)

• Resolving SD related production issues/queries within the Service Level Agreements, supporting on-shore capability team during process go-lives, handling change requests and enhancements, testing new developments
• Preforming configurations, customizing settings and Master data's.
• Experience in interacting with business users at various levels to identify and gather user requirements, business processes and prepare functional specification documents as per business requirements.
• Done a Unit Testing, IT and informing end-users to do UAT and moving implementing changes to Production system with approvals.

Client Industry: Johnson Controls Inc.

• Worked and Prepared a Functional Specification documents for all kinds of changes like Enhancements, Reports, Forms and Interfaces by analyzing the requirements
• Coordinated with ABAPer for the enhancement changes by explaining the requirements and logics.
• Once development is completed, done a Unit Testing and prepared FUT document.
• Coordinating with Transport management team for moving the changes to quality system for performing User Acceptance Testing
• Informing Business once the changes are working as expected in quality system to perform UAT.
• Worked in Production support tickets in all types of Priorities (High to Low tickets)
• Resolved simple as well as complex tickets within the time period without missing any SLA’s.
