BE MX Restructuring: This project is focused on restructuring the existing legal entity of Mexico to a new organizational structure, which includes configuring a new sales enterprise structure with reference to the old structure.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyzed business requirements, performed gap analysis, and prepared detailed functional specification documents for enhancements and custom developments.
- Involved in all phases of project from requirement gathering, solution design, development coordination, deployment, cutover planning, and hyper care support.
- Developed business requirements into configuration specifications of the new organizational structure (Sales Organization, Plant, Shipping point, etc.). with reference to the existing Org Structure.
- Working with LSMW tools to migrate existing Org Data to new proposed Org. structure for different OTC Functional objects as part of cutover activities.
- Enhanced delivery split at the line-item level, based on products. Need: Split delivery based on products sold to the government and products sold to private organizations.
- As part of the project responsible for understanding the requirements, drafting the functional specification document, seeking design approval, and collaborating with the ABAP team on development.
- After post-development involved in unit testing, getting UAT sign-off, and the final preparation stage of the project to go. Live/support activities stage.
Configured the customer master, partner determination, and added a customized partners in the customer master record.
- Worked in Output Determinations, Pricing Procedures, and creating new reports or programs that will reduce ticket counts on a monthly basis, billing of ladings forms, and enterprise configuration changes.
- Delivered production support, identifying root causes of issues and implementing timely fixes to maintain system stability and ensure uninterrupted business operations
Service Max Field Mobility Project: Service Max (SMX) is the integrated solution to automate the serviceoperational activities and field mobility for post-sales service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developed business requirements into functional specifications for each interface.
- Integration for various interfaces (master data and transactional data), such as customer, material, and equipment master, functional locations, service orders, service contracts, billing requests, sales/marketing, andservice teams.
- Providing critical support from end to end, functional unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, performance testing, and regression testing.
