• My days consist of helping the Floor from payroll errors that we have with existing clients(Reaching out to Lead's or Account manager's to resolve issues ; Credential items being uploaded into any VMS/MSP or internally in our data base; Reimbursements that need to be exported to our Travelers; Help colleagues with any tech issues; Projects that help with expanding out Client our-reach; Data entry; Make sure Travelers get a radiation badge if not provided by hospital.

- Imported over 1000 facilities to help floor market candidates into untouched regions(From Cath lab/Imaging/Special procedures/Radiation Oncology Hospitals)

- Data collection for VMS/MSP or Direct Clients regards to KRONOS, API, App, etc or handle corrections

- Travel vs Local Rates

Basically when a nurse or technician is receiving stipends(Tax-free money)for their contracted work some would fall under the 75 Mileage range and that could cause some problems for the Traveler/Employee so to make sure we that we avoided any traveler getting audited by the IRS I would check every active/New Contract we have and Reach out to internal colleagues to make sure their traveler was aware of what may happen if they don't switch to all taxable income.

• I do everything from cleaning, dealing with customers all the time and making sure that the store is running functionally! This job does not demand a lot of mind but more physical strength

• I would run the website for the company and also do payroll for all the employees, my day would consist of sitting 8 hours in the office making sure all logistics were up-to-date and would also make sure our inventory was being carefully received and exported through our warehouse.
