Jana Evansky

Accomplished teacher with 28 years of multi-faceted Elementary and Pre School Experience. Worked collaboratively with the D20 Pre K STEAM teachers to develop a Pre K STEAM curricula aligned with the Program Quality Standards and the Prekindergarten Foundation for the Common Core. Created Project Based units of study which incorporated hands-on and cooperative learning activities that were differentiated to ensure that all students would master content. Established a partnership in learning with parents/caregivers by inviting them to join children in various STEAM activities
