A graphic designer that is pivoting into the UI/UX space. Currently completing an intensive bootcamp with the University of Maryland Global campus, where I'm strengthening my skills in Figma, user research, information architecture, personas, and prototypes. Addressing the challenge of improving communication and highlighting user needs in the UI/UX design process is a goal of mine. My experience in customer service has honed my communication skills, enabling me to understand and translate user feedback into actionable design improvements. This enables me to explore innovative methods in creating user-friendly and engaging digital interfaces. Aiming to bridge the gap between users and design teams, ensuring that user feedback is not just collected but also effectively integrated into the design process.
