Sort incoming deals
Check for UCI's, State Inspections. ACV, and Backscreen Expenses
Copy any warranties for Quickbooks entry
* Audit and Fund Incoming deals in IDMS:
Use deal documents to post down payment money
Check for accuracy in spelling and proper manager/sales name
Calculate/Print sales commissions
Post funding from Lending Banks and print receipt
* Omnique/Service Department Data Entry Duties:
Convert RO/Estimates to Invoices
Audit pricing to be sure labor/parts are accurate
* QuickBooks Data Entry Duties:
Enter Service bills and prepare open balances
Enter service invoices and post payments
Enter Floorplan invoices
Enter/Pay SAAT invoices
Print/Pay Amazon receipts weekly
* Administrative Duties:
Answer Business Office phone
Call customers when license plates and tags are ready
Process Cash and Credit Card payments
Prepare paperwork for DMV or OCCC complaints
Initiate warranty cancellations
Laminate Buyers Tags as needed
Prepare Excel spreadsheets for bank deposits
Process checks for service needs and other payments
Log incoming Titles from FedEx or USPS and place in proper deal jackets or binder
Assist sales staff as needed
Prepare Title work for SAAT as needed
Research Title/Lien perfection letters from Lenders
File incoming inspections in binder
Assist with other duties as needed
