  • Responsible for assisting people supported in receiving needed/ desired medical services and communicating and documenting pertinent information as per program policy (i.e. medication administration, transportation to appointments).

  • Responsible for completing household tasks, including meal preparation, following a nutritional plan, grocery shopping, laundry, etc. as needed.
  • Assists and supports people with interpersonal relationships in their home and community, and with medications if necessary.
