As a Licensed Practical Nurse holding a current BLS
during my time in healthcare, I have experienced different scopes of clinical practice during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have persevered through adversity by experiencing many challenging assignments, straining staffing ratios, medical supply shortages, and relentless grief within my nursing career. Working alongside some of the brightest minds in the nursing industry has been a very fulfilling and knowledgeable experience. Personal growth, collaboration with team members, and problem-solving are a few of my many traits that are constantly expanding and evolving to meet the demands of our ever-changing industry. These traits not only bring me success in producing valuable results for myself and our clients, but they also support my team members and employer in working cohesively to provide a quality outcome for client needs.
