In my four years of a-ending high school I have received Dean’s List and Honor Roll numerous times. I've previously volunteered for Emerald Youth Foundation working with Elementary school kids. Currently, I'm an Americorps member serving with the Emerald youth Foundation's Just lead program working with elementary and middle school. I help run summer program 5 days a week and some of my responsibilities include serving breakfast and lunch, leading different activities and lessons, supervising kids at the building and/or on field trips and also just being someone they can depend on. Overall, I enjoy giving back to my community by participating in food drives for the hungry and working with kids to help them become the future leaders of this world. I believe in equality, Freedom of opinion and speech; and I feel that everyone’s voice should be heard. Change is possible with the right mindset.
