Assisted Executive Chef and office staff with execution and development of new food products and restaurant menu development at Research and Development marketing agency.
• Duties included management of commercial kitchen, preparing materials and food for client presentations, writing recipes and formulas for new product ideas, and everyday administrative duties for the Executive Chef.

Worked as part of recreation staff in campground, fitness center, and ski issue at resort for overseas military personnel. Duties varied depending on season and number of guests enrolled in various activities.
• Booked reservations, checked guests in and out, kept track of money transactions and balancing, and supervised outdoor staff in campground.
• Responsible for opening and closing of fitness center, assisting guests with equipment and the overall maintenance of the facility. Creating flyers and input data on computers for ski week operations, issued and fit ski equipment to guests, and taught ski lessons on the mountain when needed.
