Lead CNN Digital's Content Systems team, which spans Content Design, Design Systems, Accessibility (and formerly UXR). The team's mission is to drive clarity, consistency, and inclusivity across every aspect of the CNN experience.
- Launched and led the overall program and or CNN's All Access streaming product - 0-1 in 9 months across mobile, responsive web, and CTV platforms.
- Built a robust UXR team and operational model to drive data-informed decisions across missions and teams.
- Established Content Design as a core and critical capability across missions, expanding the team and moving to an embedded team model, engendering an operational process to measure ROI, and cross-mission dependencies
- Lead overall Design System team and strategy, including AI innovation and automation, and design kit expansion across all platforms and surfaces.
