  • In Chicago (1973-1984), I transitioned this family business into Retlew Investments LLC, a professional office building investment and management company, in 1990.
  • Refurbishing each holding resulted in increasing each property's ROI (Return on Investment)
  • Increased and retained tenant base for each property
  • Developed and supervised individual management profiles for each holding allowing for more overall effective property management systems
  • Lowered overall fixed costs for each holding by developing operational profiles for all common interior/exterior areas without causing unnecessary cost increases to tenants or disruption of services
  • Monitored all major improvement projects to minimize tenant disruptions
  • Established tenant relationships developing into a referral network for vacant office space within each holding

Practicum
