Project Identification and Evaluation

• Identify commercial real estate projects that are suitable candidates for CPACE financing based on their energy efficiency and sustainability components.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential projects, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and feasibility studies.

Market and Business Development

• Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts, including property owners, developers, financial institutions, and CPACE program administrators.
• Educate potential clients and stakeholders about the benefits and process of CPACE financing through presentations, webinars, and one-on-one meetings.

Transaction Management

• Oversee the entire CPACE financing process, from initial engagement with clients and capital providers to closing the deal.
• Coordinate with legal, financial, and technical teams to facilitate the smooth execution of CPACE financing agreements.

Capital Raising and Financial Structuring

• Structure CPACE financing deals, ensuring they meet the financial and regulatory requirements of both the project and the investors.
• Negotiate terms and secure commitments from capital providers to finance commercial real estate projects.

• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets that align with the SPAC's strategic objectives.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to inform acquisition strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investment banks, private equity firms, and other sources of deal flow
• Lead and coordinate the due diligence process, working closely with legal, financial, and operational teams to evaluate potential acquisitions.
• Prepare and present detailed investment memos and recommendations to the SPAC's executive team and board of directors.

Securitization

• Support execution for first rated 144A C‐PACE securitization of $115MM, resulting in a AAA first issuance rating by DBRS.
• Address rating agency diligence requests and investor questions, develop automated valuation model for re-valuation of pool assets including externally contributed assets, prepare AUP and other third-party diligence processes.
• Conduct internal due diligence including re-evaluation of all assets in pool and updating diligence materials.
• Develop post-closing asset management and servicing model, including pool portfolio administration management model and shadow rating agency stress model.

Financial Analysis - Pricing Model

• Manage and negotiate pricing, cash flow modeling, and financial structuring for over $100MM of closed transactions including yield calculations, prepayment structuring and other financial terms.
• Build and analyze financial models related to Project finance pricing model including complex amortization schedule, capitalized interest structuring andderive pricing grid based on yield-to-worst analysis.
• Structured finance strategy model including securitization cash flow model, corporate forecast model, sales pipeline management model and delinquency monitor model.
• Manage corporate FP&A functions including investor reporting, pipeline management, and corporate forecasting.
• Perform analysis to support C-Round equity investments term sheet and closing documents negotiation and manage Cap Table.

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of financial and non-financial metrics to investors.
• Maintain and improve data model of closed financing; create and update performance analytics for bond portfolio.
• Maintain corporate FP&A functions including pipeline management and corporate forecasting, including updating key assumptions and folding-in actual results on a monthly basis.
• Ensure accurate reporting and credit approval process by improving internal templates and integrations with Salesforce.
• Build and develop client faced pricing model with solar energy saving and tax credit saving matrix.
