As a Senior Software Engineer in Meta, I was responsible for developing solutions to protect both the Facebook developer platform and Horizon Store from integrity risks. Besides, I also have experience on A/B testing quality improvement. Here are some key achievements:

• GNN Recidivism Auto Enforcement : Built machine learning and software solutions to detect and mitigate risks on the Facebook developer platform that supports millions of third party apps and billions of users. Trained a GNN model with precision above 90% and implemented infra to automatically escalate recidivism apps and perform enforcement actions at scale immediately.
• Llama Categorization : Built a novel integrity risk identify process by automatically categorizing reactive user reports with Llama.
• Significant Binary Change Detection : Developed engineering solutions to detect and prevent the binary updates that present high risk for integrity, compliance, and security.
• Open Store Captcha : Implemented a reliable captcha feature to prevent scripted app submission spam risk in Horizon Store.
• Policy Tagging System : Launched the tagging system which aims at filtering out irrelevant data from all enforcement flows for audit reporting.
• Intelligent Launch Decision Platform : Built solutions and software infra to improve the launch quality with higher guidance adherence. Besides, the launch review efficiency was largely improved by increasing guideline automation rate from 27% to 70%.
