As Chief Director of Business Development my role was to identifies and develops new business opportunities. Builds relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors. Evaluates existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn't. Manages key client relationships and works to build new ones.

• GME is an international company that has been in business for over 14 years primarily in the Middle East and Europe and just landed in America with our first American base operations out of Orange County California in June 2017!
• My role is to coordinate 24x7 service support for our clients and contracts.

• Manage the quarterly and annual budgeting process and P&L responsibilities.
• Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions.

• Perform acceptance inspections on new equipment and provide technical support to the Nursing staff and equipment operators
• Maintained an average inspection completion rating of 98% on scheduled monthly inspections
• Improved accuracy and timeliness of repairs in assigned area of Central Service
• Provided cost saving measures by locating different vendors and suppliers for parts.
