• To ensure student success by providing job-embedded and ongoing professional development for educators at multiple FSA child development programs. To ensure compliance with all FSA Policies and Procedures, Community Care Licensing, and CA Department of Education requirements for day to day operations of assigned classrooms/centers. Other duties as assigned.

• To provide intermittent, regular scheduled, temporary care, and/or supervision for a mutual client of Inland Regional Center and United Cerebral Palsy who resides with a family member or care provider.

To ensure compliance with all standards, agency philosophy, title 22, and title 5. Plan, coordinate, and provide trainings for all staff at multiple sites. Create staff schedules and ensure proper ratio's and needs of the facility are met at all times, monitor teachers to ensure quality of teaching methods and support for program goals, Analyze data collected from children's assessments, environmental rating scales, and parent surveys to compile educational plans for the next fiscal year. To maintain accurate agency documentation, and other duties as assigned.
