• Estimated quantities and material costs during project planning to support budgeting and costing.
• Produced take-offs, tracked quantities and costs for forecasting.
• Helped manage cost controls for company goals as well as subcontractor pay applications and contracts.
• Conducted field measurements for quality assurance and surveying.
• Developed construction work plans for field crews.
• Supported crews in the field with materials and scheduling.
• Created work plans for upcoming work, consisting of take offs, tracking quantities, ensuring construction work complied with engineering principles, cost guidelines, field engineering such as survey, reporting, quality and safety requirements as well as coordination with other trades.

LA Waterfront Project

Value: $51.9 Million

• Documented all as-builts from RFI’s, submittals, field notes from engineers, and change orders.
• Assisted in planning site layouts on AutoCad
• Evaluated change order requests in response to out-of-scope work activities.
• Assisted crews with necessary field measurements, materials, and subcontractor coordination.

I-405 Improvement Project

Value: $2.16 B: Design Build Project: 16 miles of freeway expansion, 22 bridges, road rehabilitation

• Assisted the Project Engineer in overseeing the completion of 3 bridges from beginning to end in multiple city domains.
• Install heat sensors to prepare and submit Mass cooling reports for bridges with large bents and end diaphrams
• Design solutions for field problems and unknown conditions.
• Manage subcontractors jobwide and their associated cost.
• Responsible for two crews in structures. Assisted the Project Engineer in ensuring these crews worked within the construction budget.
