I started as a screener and when that closed, I started doing different jobs for a variety of people. I have done filing, scanning, and computer verifying. As a screener, my main position was PR and to make sure everyone was screened in before they proceeded on. I helped people find the right way to different places in the hospital, got wheelchairs for them, as needed, and generally tried to make their experience as comfortable as I could before they went to registration.

As clerk, I scanned files, that whomever I was working for, didn't have time to scan themselves. Some were as old as 40 years ago. I had to prepare them for scanning, scan them and verify them before sending the paper copies to the shredder. I worked in HIM, Administration, and HR doing this. I did filing for the Education dept. I also did various other jobs for others.

As Store Manager, I was responsible for the entire running of the store. I did bookkeeping, scheduling, ordering, receiving of freight, hiring of personnel and as well as removing them from the payroll. I also had to manage the associates each day to make sure things were done and done correctly. PR was also an important part of my job, to keep the customers returning to our store.
