Taught NUT 562-Advanced Medical Nutrition Therapy in Dietetics 2 for on-line Master's in Dietetic Program. Responsible for teaching weekly classes using VoiceThread, BrightSpace and Panopto. Topics covered include: MNT for renal disease, oncology, HIV/AIDS, enteral and parenteral nutrition support. Grade all student assignments (weekly papers, discussion posts and experiential case study papers/presentations) and submit final grades by the deadline.

Taught NUT 571 and 573: basic and advanced clinical practicum courses. Responsible for recording VoiceThread presentations and Panopto videos for course modules. Grade student reflection papers and discussion posts. Submit final grades by the deadline.

Responsible for managing all aspects of nutritional care for patients in the Intensive Care Unit and Outpatient Clinics. This included screening, assessment, documentation, education, scheduling of outpatients and submission of appropriate documents for insurance reimbursement. Key member of self-directed work group. Responsible for scheduling of all staff dietitians.

Responsible for managing all aspects of nutritional care for patients in two, large outpatient clinics. The clinics consisted of high-risk OB/GYN and Internal Medicine patients. Responsibilities included screening, assessment, documentation, education, developing education materials and participating in patient care meetings.

Instructor of advanced clinical nutrition class in the nursing program. Responsible for the development of class materials, lectures, assignments, tests and visual aides. Lecture topics included: upper and lower GI system, renal and hepatic diseases, and nutrition support.
