Year 16- Present: In additional to continuation of the previous 5 year duties, I also took some administrative duties for other Vitacost.com departments that needed extra support (i.e. paid media, email, etc.)
Year 11-15: I transitioned to business specialist role whereas I handled all of the back end international business which included but was not limited to international regulatory requirements, international logistics & international escalations related to customer inquires and with our carrier partners. In addition to cross function teamwork for any changes as required for shipment and making decisions regarding all aspects of international business (ship increase, policy changes, updates, etc.) plus additional miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Year 6-10: I handled all of the International customer service inquiries along with carrier contacts, returns, reporting and creation of training materials and classes for representatives as well as additionally functioning as international team lead for customer escalations as well as miscellaneous special projects and reporting as assigned.
Year 1-Year 5: I worked as customer service representative on phone also handling customer email and chats. Promoted to senior representative during Year 4 in which I took on more responsibility and functioned as secondary team lead for help desk for representatives questions and for customer escalations.
