At BWC they wrote  that I was efficient and showed compassionate care with my patients.

In HH I received the rock award many times which means that I would help out extra or more than a full time position when needed.

The Mcleod award is for overall the home health nurse for the month describing that I was a team player, would go to any area that was needed, documentation was clear and detailed, and the patients called in with compliments on my care.
