As a representative of IKEA's Customer Experience department, it's my role to ensure that every question, problem or request that is asked of me, is answered and resolved to the best of my ability, while fostering happy and loyal return customers. My department is responsible for merchandise return/exchanges, help with damaged or defective goods, placing in-store customer orders, home-delivery and assembly, Family Membership enrollment and inquiry. Working for Pet Food Express was one of the most fun and gratifying places that a pet lover could work.
