Assess and monitor patient condition, Vital Signs Monitoring, Medication administration (PO, IM, SQ, IV, and Enteral routes), PICC care, IV infusions, IV Management, Post-Operative Care, etc.
Precept new nurses in proper techniques, care standards, operational procedures, and safety protocols.
