  • Cleaning customers house i was responsible for me and my teammate we were paired in two we would go in to a home clean whatever they asked for to those standards.

i started as a team mate and grew into a captain myself i always wanted to thrive n be the best i could be..... Asi>as a captain i trained multi people that joined our teams showing them teaching them to improve where it could be improved and showing them the way certain customers liked or disliked i trained them for a week or longer depending if they needed more time to learn. Every day i learned something new from others and always room to improve for me and my team mate as i learned they did as well...

  • I started there as just a housekeeper cleanIng rooms,stripping beds remade the bed with clean sheets also cleaned the rest of the room had about 10 to sometimes 19 rooms a day and we would help others get done as well as go in there and make beds for them and clean the bathroom to help them get through them little quicker then about 6 months in i was offered to become an assistant manger.... i accepted the position so then i started doing other things taking over when my boss was off overseeing others staff checking clean rooms, getting rooms ready for people when there arriving... Fogged rooms if people smoking in . i also got rooms ready for inspections i had to go through the rooms check beds for hairs and make sure the rooms were up to par and clean as well i also cleaned the front office bathrooms in the pool room as well.. i left there due to i couldn't go any higher then that so i looked for another job where i could grow i went to merry maids from there... After i left the owners sold the hotel and got new owners and new staff.. i always want to go up as far as i could..
