During the time that I have worked with OSI Staffing, I have been in charge of about 90 employees as well as any needs the company may have.

My job duties are, but are not limited to the following:

  • Checking hours for associates
  • Updating associates information in our system if needed (W-4, I-9's, phone numbers, etc...)
  • Taking care of any injuries as well as doing the reports and turning them into our safety team
  • Warnings / Corrective Actions
  • Helping associates with sick days/vacation time

I also assist the offices whenever it is needed. In the offices, I help new applicants with the process of applying, and existing applicants with updating information or any other questions they may have.

Warehouse Customer Service Representative

As a warehouse customer service representative, my main priority was taking care of the customers that I had. From the moment they placed their orders, up until the delivery was made. The following were done on a daily basis:

During slow season, I would assist the warehouse with physical labor. It would help me understand each step of putting together customer orders; therefore allowing me to better help customers in any questions they may have as well as helping them solve any problems that may arise
