  • Maintains warehouse in a clean and safe manner follows OSHA regulation, food safety policies and FSF procedures.

All Vessel OPS at the Terminal o All dispatches from the Terminal to our customers and to our Distribution Center

● Create Import Guide (all cargo receive from Central America included fruits, commercial cargo, reefers, empties and off-hire containers)


● Select units for USDA/Customs inspection


● Coordinate and request all extra examination requested by CBP, USDA (fumigation, X-Ray, etc)


● Importations: Chiquita Vessels and third party vessel (Seaboard, King Ocean, Sealand)


● Discharge planning & discharge confirmation for all vessel including third party vessel


● Vessel arrival transmission to Custom Authorities


● Dispatch & return for all equipment from the Terminal to OTR and to the DC in t he systems


● Invoices approval ( Vessel OPS & Terminal invoices)

INVENTORY
